RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Data Scientist in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Summary:
We are looking for an entry-level Data Scientist with strong Python skills to join our team. This role will involve building and configuring logic-based alarms to integrate with an in-house developed application, providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand into data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build Logic-Based Alarms: work on building/enhancing logic-based alarms
* Data Analysis Support: assist in analyzing data from our energy fleets to help identify potential equipment issues
* Team Collaboration: collaborate with engineers, developers and data scientists to integrate models into existing software applications
REQUIREMENTS:
* Background in Mathematics or Science
* Basic Python experience
* Basic SQL experience
* Good communication skills
* Troubleshooting abilities
* Exposure to Data Analysis preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
