Role: Senior Business Analyst

W2 Contract: 2 Months

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $47.50/hour on W2 - All inclusive

Overview

Our client seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in GuidingCare and SmartComm to join our expanding team. This role focuses on building and configuring templates within the SmartComm module of GuidingCare, supporting clinical communications across all lines of business.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the GuidingCare team to support core day-to-day operations, enhancements, configurations, and large corporate initiatives.
Update and audit clinical communication letters within SmartComm, including basic changes, new product letters, and improving existing templates.
Manage end-to-end testing of letter generation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Support and guide offshore developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery of tasks.
Engage with project teams to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and work closely with stakeholders to validate the effectiveness of configured solutions.
Roll up sleeves to create and configure templates based on business needs, creating rules that trigger letter generation based on specific actions..
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
5 years progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing or other analytical experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with GuidingCare and SmartComm.
Proven ability to manage and support end-to-end testing processes.
Strong understanding of letter generation and configuration within SmartComm.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and offshore developers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with project teams and stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Proficient understanding of clinical operations, including Care Management, Utilization Management, and Appeals & Grievances.
Previous experience using the Care Manager or Onbase clinical platforms.
Master's Degree MBA.
Prior business analysis coaching and mentoring experience
