Job Title: UI/UX Designer with Figma Make
Location: Sunnyvale, CA- 5 days onsite

Job Description:
Role Summary: We are seeking experienced (>=5 YOE) UI/UX Designers for a specialized pilot program. The ideal candidate must have advanced mastery of Figma and, specifically, hands-on experience with its generative capabilities (Figma Make).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Figma Mastery: Deep expertise in standard Figma workflows (components, auto-layout, advanced prototyping, design systems).
Figma Make Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience utilizing Figma Make for generative design tasks.
Core UI/UX Design: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality end-to-end interface and experience design.
Operational Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Secure On-Site Work: Must be willing to work 100% on-site in a high-security environment with no personal devices, phones, or cameras permitted in the workspace.
The resource should have knowledge on:
Generate UI Designs from Text Prompts, Auto-Generate Copy and Content, Smart Editing and Suggestions, Convert Wireframes to High-Fidelity Designs, Generate Variants and Iterations, Translate Hand-Drawn Sketches (Planned/Experimental) and Code Assistance (Dev Mode)
