Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Tester to support the testing and implementation of an SAP FICO upgrade. The consultant will work closely with Finance, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate financial processing and a smooth post-upgrade transition.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and document functional, integration, and regression test cases for SAP FICO

• Validate end-to-end financial processes post-upgrade

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot issues

• Ensure compliance with testing standards and documentation requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience testing SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, etc.)

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager

• Proficiency with defect/test tracking tools such as JIRA or HP ALM

• Experience supporting UAT and regression testing

• Strong documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP upgrades or S/4HANA testing

• Prior experience in structured enterprise testing environments
