Role Overview
Early-career seller (2 4 years of experience) motivated to grow into a strategic IT services and solutions sales advisor. This role is designed for someone ready to transition from transactional selling to modernization and digital transformation conversations supported by strong technical delivery teams. This is a base salary plus commission role.
What You ll Do
- Build new client relationships in IT professional services and digital transformation
- Learn to navigate complex sales cycles and stakeholder environments
- Partner with technical and delivery leads to co-own opportunities and proposals
- Develop a consistent pipeline with a long-term account strategy mindset

Experience We re Looking For
- 2 4 years of sales, business development, or IT-solutions/staffing-adjacent experience
- Highly driven to grow into consultative IT services selling
- Comfortable owning outreach and driving deals with autonomy
- Strong communicator, persistent, curious, and coachable
