Senior ServiceNow QA Lead (HRSD)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the testing lifecycle of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. The role focuses on designing and executing comprehensive test strategies to ensure HR processes-including onboarding, offboarding, and knowledge management-align perfectly with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain end-to-end Test Cases for ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Develop and manage automated test suites using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Validate complex business workflows and HR System Integrations.
• Lead various testing phases, including Functional, Regression, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Parallel Testing.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT Quality Assurance.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD (Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
• Hands-on proficiency with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proven experience in Integration Testing between ServiceNow and external HR Systems.
• Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting complex workflow defects.

Desirable Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HR (CIS-HR).
• Experience with ServiceNow Employee Service Center (ESC).
• Background in HR Process Transformation and large-scale enterprise deployments.
