AEP Architect

Responsible for architecting and governing end-to-end loyalty, offer, and personalization solutions across Adobe Experience Platform and integrated enterprise systems. Partners closely with engineering, data, product, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure, and measurable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end loyalty and personalization solutions across Adobe AEP (RTCDP, AJO), AEM, data platforms, and AI/ML pipelines
• Define target and transition architectures, including content, metadata, event-driven measurement, and batch/streaming integrations
• Produce and govern solution designs, data flows, API contracts, and architecture standards
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into technical designs and guide delivery through reviews and releases
• Own data and integration strategies to enable accurate personalization, holdouts, attribution, and optimization
• Define performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements aligned with privacy and compliance standards
• Communicate architecture decisions, risks, and status to technical and executive stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture, MarTech, or large-scale digital platforms
• Proven experience delivering loyalty, offer, or personalization platforms at scale
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP, AJO, XDM, datasets, destinations)
• Experience with event-driven, API-first architectures and real-time data pipelines
• Cloud architecture experience (AWS and/or Azure)
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-vendor environments

• Adobe Experience Platform certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven personalization and optimization
