Your Impact:

• Monitor marine equipment performance using client proprietary digital platforms.
• Analyze system alerts and technical data to diagnose potential issues and determine actionable steps.
• Collaborate directly with technical leads, fleet managers, and customers to communicate findings and coordinate resolutions.
• Document all analyses, actions, and communications clearly within our customer relationship management system.
• Provide expert technical support and information to guide service and maintenance activities.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with complex machinery (e.g., diesel engines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems) OR 2-4 years of experience in technical data analysis, quantitative analysis, or a related engineering support field.
• Skills:

• Strong technical problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the professionalism to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow structured processes.
• Proficiency with business software; familiarity with tools like Salesforce is a plus.
