Primary Location: Atlanta, Georgia

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for our premier client in Atlanta, Georgia.

WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM(IT Service Management), CSM (Customer service management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware asset management).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
ServiceNow platform expertise (development, configuration, integration).: 6 years.
JavaScript and scripting knowledge.: 6 years.
API integration (REST/SOAP web services).: 6 years.
ITSM and ITOM process optimization.: 6 years.
ITSM, CSM, HAM experience: 6 years.
Agile/Scrum project delivery.: 6 years.
Technical documentation and system design.: 6 years.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams technical growth.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.
Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
