Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer Automation with strong expertise in Java and Selenium-based test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, stabilize, and maintain automation test frameworks using Java, Selenium, BDD, and TestNG
• Develop and execute automated and exploratory tests to ensure high product quality
• Ensure strong test coverage across features and user stories
• Estimate, plan, prioritize, and coordinate in-sprint, regression, and release testing
• Define and contribute to Quality Engineering scope, methodologies, and tools
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
• Work with Git and branching strategies
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, product managers, architects, and QA leadership
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Drive and improve quality processes and best practices

Required Skills

• 6 8 years of experience in test automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, BDD, TestNG
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Agile/Scrum experience
