Detailed JD:
· Understanding the current application, features and the product
· Understanding the current data structure and the data (in Oracle database)
· Collaborate with business, application team and 3rd party vendors to formulate POC scenarios, execution plan and data requirements, etc.
· Gather all the data required for POC, anonymize/scrub, format per new SPM product needs. Develop any scripts or code required for data extraction and migration from current infrastructure to new 3rd party SPM product (API based and file transfers)
· Performance and load testing will be critical part of the POC to evaluate if the new product(s)
· Products evaluated will be deployed in SaaS (likely AWS hosted by SPM vendor), so SaaS understanding is greatly beneficial
· Good communication, analytics thinking and problem solving are must haves to be effective in the role
· Experience in Sales Performance Management is a big plus, as space is quite niche and fairly complex
