Design, configure, troubleshoot, and support Data Center network routing and switching technologies, including TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS.
Provide expert-level firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting for platforms such as Palo Alto and Check Point.
Troubleshoot and support enterprise wired and wireless network architectures, including Cisco Nexus, Cisco Wi-Fi, and Arista Wi-Fi.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network load balancers such as F5 and NetScaler (Citrix ADC).
Manage IP addressing, subnetting, IP Address Management (IPAM), and perform DNS troubleshooting.
Support and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) and related voice infrastructure.
Apply and troubleshoot Software-Defined Networking (SDN) concepts in enterprise environments.
Collaborate with Service Provider teams to resolve WAN circuit issues, including BGP-related incidents.
Work closely with vendor and partner support teams, including Cisco TAC and Palo Alto support, to resolve complex issues.
Act as a technical escalation point for L1 and L2 NOC teams, handling high and critical severity incidents.
Execute and lead medium to high-complexity network projects and changes.
Review and approve NOC Tier II changes and project implementations.
Develop and maintain Methods of Procedure (MoP) for network changes and troubleshooting activities.
Provide secondary on-call support as part of the operations team.
Utilize network monitoring and troubleshooting tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Communicate technical issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders while maintaining composure under pressure.
Foster a team-oriented culture, mentoring junior engineers and adapting to evolving technologies.
