Cerner Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cerner Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale clinical initiatives. This role partners with portfolio and business stakeholders to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring programs deliver measurable outcomes and business value. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of clinical workflows, Cerner/Oracle Health platforms, and experience managing complex healthcare programs in a PMO environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery and accountability of strategic clinical programs

• Develop program strategy aligned to business goals and priorities

• Manage multiple projects, dependencies, risks, and escalations

• Bridge ideation through implementation and KPI measurement

• Partner on business cases, financials, and performance tracking

• Ensure adherence to enterprise PMO governance

Requirements:

• 8+ years managing large, complex healthcare or clinical IT initiatives

• 2+ years of strategic program management across multiple projects

• 6+ years of Cerner (Oracle Health) experience

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and EHR systems

• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
