Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to join our team at TCS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. This role requires strong programming skills, solid ML fundamentals, and experience working with data at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models for enterprise applications

Develop end-to-end data pipelines for training, testing, and inference

Implement ML algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models

Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning

Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders

Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and APIs

Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed

Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions

Document model design, experiments, and deployment processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

3–6 years of experience in AI/ML development

Strong programming skills in Python

Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures

Experience with data processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas)

Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment techniques

Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI

Exposure to LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)

Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)

Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
