SNI Technology is hiring a Program Manager for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a leading communications technology company based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Position Overview
The Program Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of sales and engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise in engineering project delivery.
Marine or telecommunications industry experience (e.g., telephone, public address, alarm systems) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee multiple moderate to large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate design elements and deliverables with engineering teams to meet specified objectives.
  • Ensure all project activities align with contract requirements and support schedule, scope, and budget goals.
  • Prepare and maintain complete project documentation, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct internal planning and tracking meetings to manage deliverables and timelines.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Sales, Quality, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
  • Interpret contract specifications and resolve technical or contractual issues with stakeholders.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings, addressing engineering and management issues as needed.
  • Track and communicate project milestones, risks, and delays across teams.
  • Identify process gaps, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Marine Communications Systems strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of marine industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
