Implementation Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Implementation Project Manager in Doral, FL.

Summary:
This Project Manager for the Global Gamming Technical delivery team will manage complex technology projects across multiple locations, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that support gaming operations worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven project management expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The purpose of the Project Manager role is to ensure projects are delivered successfully by providing structure, discipline, and accountability throughout the entire lifecycle. This role exists to apply standardized processes, tools, and methodologies that improve efficiency, enhance quality, and reduce delivery time. By driving collaboration and maintaining focus, the Project Manager transforms objectives into actionable plans, monitors progress, and ensures outcomes meet stakeholder expectations while staying within scope, budget, and schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within IT or technology domains
* Proven experience on IT projects related to data warehouses, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms
* Experience managing projects across multiple locations
* Hands-on experience with SQL for creating queries and basic data analysis
* Understanding of underlying technologies such as databases (DB), virtual machines (VMs), operating systems (OS), networking, cloud, and security principles
* Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, MS Project, Monday.com)
* Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
