Job Description:

Energy Transfer seeks a senior SAP specialist to manage support for their SAP SD/IS-OIL modules, focusing on oil & gas downstream processes like sales, contracts, scheduling, and invoicing.​

Responsibilities:

·         

·        Problem Resolution:

• Troubleshoot production issues, configure solutions, provide 24x7 support across SAP QTC/IS-OIL (SD, MM integration).

·         

·        SME Leadership:

• Lead IS-OIL functions including sales/purchase structures, physical sales, exchange deals, pricing (F&A), scheduling (TD/TSW), shipment actualization, invoicing with FI integration.

·         

·        Continuous Improvement:

• Analyze business requirements, write functional specs, configure SAP, unit test, implement process enhancements using industry best practices.

·         

·        Project Management:

• Plan/execute projects, manage deliverables, develop interfaces for non-SAP integration.

·         

·        Knowledge Transfer:

• Train business users and IT team on SAP configuration/processes; document procedures, tests, training materials.

·         

·        SOX Compliance:

• Ensure changes follow SOX controls; apply OSS notes, manage patches/releases.
