Job#: 3013625 Job Description: Apex Systems is currently hiring for a HYPR Affirm SME with a financial client. The team is implementing
HYPR Affirm, a
passwordless identity verification and access solution, into the organization's
HR Workday environment (similar to large ERP platforms such as PeopleSoft). This work requires strong technical experience with
identity and access management implementations, including
IGA and
passwordless authentication solutions. All systems and integrations are running in a
Linux-based environment.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
- Proven subject matter expertise with HYPR Affirm, including hands-on implementation, configuration, and support.
- Direct HYPR development experience, with the ability to build and manage API integrations between identity platforms (IAM/IGA) and enterprise applications.
- Strong background solving complex identity and access challenges, particularly within passwordless and modern authentication frameworks.
- Experience working with identity platforms such as HYPR, Ping, or comparable tools (e.g., Salespoint, Okta).
- IT or identity proofing experience, with a solid understanding of identity lifecycle concepts, authentication flows, and verification technologies.
- Strong engineering skills with the ability to integrate identity technologies into existing application environments.
- Development background (any language) with the ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
- Solid understanding of the identity space and the ability to be trained on additional identity tools and workflows as needed.
