MUST HAVE Proven expertise in aircraft fuel flow and metering sensor systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and validate precision aircraft fuel flow rate sensor components.
- Develop robust measurement and calibration procedures for new systems.
- Conduct thorough stress and thermal analysis for sensor reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and testing.
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex sensor performance issues in real-time.
- Ensure all designs comply with stringent aerospace regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in fuel efficiency monitoring technology.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required.
- Minimum five years of experience designing aircraft sensor systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics principles and applications.
