Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for financial institutions. This role requires strong expertise in FSC architecture, data modeling, integrations, and security, along with the ability to align technology solutions with regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end Salesforce FSC architecture for Banking, Wealth, and Insurance platforms
Design scalable data models, application architecture, and integration frameworks
Lead FSC implementations including Client 360, Financial Goals, Relationship Mapping, and Action Plans
Architect secure and compliant integrations with core banking, policy administration, and external financial systems
Establish security, compliance, and governance frameworks aligned with financial regulations
Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products including FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio
Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into technical solutions
Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and risk assessments
Define DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and release management best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce experience with 4+ years in Financial Services Cloud architecture
Deep understanding of FSC data model, Person Accounts, and financial industry workflows
Strong expertise in enterprise integrations (REST APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architecture)
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce security, encryption, and compliance frameworks
Experience with multi-org and large-scale Salesforce implementations
Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills

Certifications (Highly Preferred)

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Domain Architect
Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
Integration Architecture Designer
Data Architecture & Management Designer

Nice to Have

Experience with Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Lending systems
Knowledge of KYC, AML, GDPR, SOC2, or other financial compliance standards
Experience with Salesforce Shield, Einstein AI for Financial Services
