Position: IT Field Services Technician

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for the branches
Hardware and software deployment and troubleshooting
Support for new branch builds
Remote End-user support
Equipment relocation as needed
Conference room support (MTR rooms)
iPhone deployments, etc.
Collaborate closely with other IT teams and the retail team
