Job Description:

The IT Developer III provides a broad range of system solutions development to business problems through the development and programming of applications / systems.

Depth & Scope:

• Performs moderately complex to difficult technical tasks with others or independently.
• Sound to advanced knowledge of the business, technical environment, processes, procedures, various programming languages and operating systems.
• Works independently as an experienced developer and helps resolve complex issues, guide others within area of expertise.
• Works on multiple medium to large sized projects.
• Generally reports to an IT Development Manager or above.

Education & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with Rest APIs, Java development with strong knowledge of Object-Oriented principles.
• 1+ years of experience with modern Java frameworks like Spring and experience using Java development tools (e.g. intelliJ, JUnit, Git).
• 1+ years of experience with Event Streaming platform like Kafka experience with MuleSoft, ensure that all solutions are lightweight, scalable, and built to a high level of quality.
• Ensure security is being factored into each step of the software development process for various systems.
• 1+ years of experience on Continuous Development with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) and tools such as Jenkins and experience leading Geo diverse team. Strong technical knowledge (Engineering Mindset)
