Summary

Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer
Location: Minneapolis, MN - Only locals In-person Interview

This role is for a Senior Full Stack Developer working on enterprise-scale applications that are being modernized and migrated to AWS. The core of the role is strong Java development, with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
On the backend, we re looking for someone very solid in Java, Spring, and database work with Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL. On the frontend side, the expectation is working knowledge of JavaScript and Angular it s not a UI-heavy role, but you should be comfortable modifying and debugging front-end code.
A big part of this role is cloud and DevOps. The candidate must have hands-on AWS experience, especially with services like S3, API Gateway, SQS, Lambda, and container platforms like Docker and OpenShift. Experience migrating applications from on-prem to AWS is very important.
This is also a quality-driven role. The team strongly follows TDD and BDD, so hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, REST Assured, and API testing tools is required. CI/CD exposure using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools is mandatory.
The person will work in an Agile Scrum environment, participate in sprint ceremonies, lead code reviews, and help improve performance, security, and reliability of the applications. This is a hands-on senior role, not a lead-only position.
Finally, this is a production-critical environment, so the candidate must be comfortable with troubleshooting live systems and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
