Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe Data Integration & Reporting Sr Manager will play a critical role in integrating, modeling, and enabling analytics across multiple enterprise data sources during a period of significant change. This role requires hands-on experience combining data from systems such as Snowflake, Hyperion, and ERP platforms, along with the ability to adapt quickly as acquisitions progress through multiple ERP integrations.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, business-minded, and comfortable operating in an evolving data landscape while maintaining high standards for data quality, governance, and insight delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable data integrations across multiple source systems, including Snowflake, Hyperion, and ERP platforms
- Combine and harmonize data from disparate systems to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and financial insights
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Data teams to translate business needs into integrated data solutions
- Support data transformation efforts related to M&A activity and ERP migrations, adapting data models and pipelines as systems evolve
- Build and maintain curated data models that enable consistent, trusted reporting and analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through validation, reconciliation, and quality monitoring
- Support the maintenance and evolution of centralized reporting and analytics environments
- Develop documentation, data definitions, and integration logic to support data governance and knowledge transfer
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing changing priorities, milestones, and stakeholder expectations
- Enable analytics teams and business users by ensuring reliable, well-structured, and well-documented data assets
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve integration processes, performance, and scalability
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data infrastructure, data engineering, or analytics enablement roles
- Strong experience integrating and modeling data in Snowflake
- Experience working with Hyperion (HFM, Planning, or related financial systems) strongly preferred
- Hands-on expertise with SQL; experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus
- Experience supporting or adapting to ERP implementations or migrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Strong understanding of data lakes, relational databases, and cloud data architectures
- Proven ability to work effectively in environments with frequent change and evolving system landscapes
- Experience ensuring data quality through validation, reconciliation, and controls
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to scale solutions across multiple business units or systems
Preferred Skills & Attributes- Experience supporting analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI
- Familiarity with financial data structures and close partnership with Finance teams
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and reliability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working without direct authority while driving outcomes through influence
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage ambiguity during transformation initiatives
Travel- Minimal travel required (<10%)
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00-$175,000.00.
