Job Summary
The Senior SharePoint & Project Support Specialist works independently with minimal supervision to support projects through advanced SharePoint administration, document management, and project coordination. This role requires strong technical capability, exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to make sound independent decisions. The specialist will maintain key project documentation, manage SharePoint and Teams environments, and support project managers while ensuring adherence to organizational processes.
This position involves consistent interaction with stakeholders at all levels while demonstrating core values of safety, integrity, excellence, and accountability.

Job Summary
The Senior SharePoint & Project Support Specialist works independently with minimal supervision to support projects through advanced SharePoint administration, document management, and project coordination. This role requires strong technical capability, exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to make sound independent decisions. The specialist will maintain key project documentation, manage SharePoint and Teams environments, and support project managers while ensuring adherence to organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project SharePoint sites to ensure accurate records retention and up-to-date documentation.
- Support project managers in tracking, organizing, and monitoring project files.
- Upload, publish, archive, and maintain project documents in SharePoint and Teams.
- Provide SharePoint and project tool training to team members as needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders via email, phone, and in person to address access needs and resolve issues.
- Prepare and deliver written and verbal communications for various groups.
- Support project closeout procedures including scanning, printing, transmitting, and archiving documents.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors (e.g., paperwork, training scheduling, system setup).
- Apply established procedures that support project startup and closeout phases.
- Perform administrative and technical duties requiring discretion, judgment, and consistent accuracy.
- Support refueling outage activities as assigned.
- Perform additional related duties as requested.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adjust communication style to audience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint.
- Ability to perform moderately complex tasks independently with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities.
- Customer service-oriented with strong teamwork approach.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Ability to scan, file, and organize documents electronically.
- Solid technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and information systems.
