Are you a technical professional with a passion for RF communications and mission-critical infrastructure? We are seeking a dedicated Systems Implementation Specialist to join our elite deployment team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Implementation Team Lead to deploy, configure, and optimize Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems. From P25 digital networks to analog systems, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication for essential services.

responsibilities:
- System Deployment: Install, program, and configure high-level LMR components, including repeaters, receive multicouplers, combiners, and antenna systems.
- Configuration: Set up and optimize dispatch equipment and power systems for both P25 and Analog LMR environments.
- Testing & Validation: Utilize specialized RF testing equipment to perform device setup and comprehensive system-wide tests.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex circuit, wiring, and system diagrams to ensure builds meet precise engineering schematics.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with engineering and project management teams regarding system design, features, and deployment schedules.
- Product Evolution: Participate in the testing of new software and products, providing critical feedback to the Engineering department to drive innovation.
- Documentation: Maintain high standards of accuracy in reporting and technical documentation throughout the system implementation lifecycle.
qualifications:
- Minimum of a 2-year technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience installing or servicing LMR communications equipment.
- Solid understanding of electronics and RF principles.
- Experience utilizing RF testing equipment (Service Monitors, Wattmeters, etc.).
- Familiarity with both conventional and trunked radio systems.
- Experience with P25 Phase 1 and Phase 2 standards. - Preferred
- Understanding of network topologies and IP protocols. - Preferred
- Industry certifications (e.g., ETA-I, FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License). - Preferred
