Job Details

Title: Telecommunications Engineer - RingCentral 
Employment Type: 6month Contract to Hire.
Location: Remote in the Central or Mountain Timezones, Company is located in Nashville, TN and Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: 45/hr
What you will be doing: You will be supporting the company’s RingCentral Platform for all internal users. The platform currently supports over 1,000 users. Along with two other engineers you will be a backlog of work around the fundamentals of how the platform is used internally. 

Experience Required:
  • RingCentral platform experience - solutioning changes in this platform. Not from a project management perspective, but need someone that has actually coded in RingCentral.  
  • Knowledge of the necessary APIs and languages necessary to interface the UCaaS to other enterprise systems.
  • Leverage Ring Central and CxOne UCaaS platforms to achieve business directives in a call center environment . 
  • Configure and maintain RingCentral call queues, IVRs, templates, call handling templates, and routing rule s. 
  • Manage license assignments and phone number inventor y . 
  • Optimize call flows and routing strategies for efficiency and compliance . 
  • Stay informed on product updates, releases, and potential impacts to business operation s . 
  • Design, build, and maintain complex call flows in CXone Studio . 
  • Provide support for CXone modules including Workforce Management, Quality Management, Coaching, and Performance Management. 
  • Troubleshoot complex routing, system, and integration issues . 
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud and Agent for Salesforce integrations . 
  • Support omnichannel experiences (SMS, chat, social media, etc.) 
  • Leverage APIs (REST), Postman, and automation tools to integrate with enterprise systems. 
  • Monitoring, supporting, and enhancing the security of current and future environment s 
  • Evaluating and automating the scaling and capacity requirements within environmen ts 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, et c. 
  • Provide escalaed support to end users and service desk technicians 
  • Implementing new environments and technologies 
  • Working with teams to integrate infrastructure components into processes and procedures 
  • Additional duties as assigned 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • Availability to work night and weekend hours on occasion as required
