Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Need a resource to perform Break & Fix work
- Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Technician will travel to each client’s location
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
- Works under general supervision
- There will be overtime Minimum
- After training is complete, candidate will be added to the on-call rotation 7x24 What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person?
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- HARDWARE BREAK FIX SKILLS, LARGE FORMAT PRINTER EXPERIENCE
- M/F 9-6 WITH SOME OT IF NEEDED, BUT WILL DEPEND ON WORKLOADS
- Will there be OC (on call)? YES
- Will there be shift differentials? NO
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? 3
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? NO
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $19 - $ 22
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? 50 - 75
- What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? WITH IN THE ORLANDO PROPER
