Summary

Position: Business Systems Analyst with Asset Management

Location :Boston, MA

Hybrid Onsite: 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Duration: 6 Months + Contract

2nd Round Interview will be Onsite- face to face

Top Skills:

Project experience with Charles River CRIMS
Trading and Middle-Office asset management experience
Experience with Eagle and IBOR technologies
Strong SQL skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of equity, fixed income, and derivatives
Strong data analysis skills

Qualifications:

Must have Asset Management or Investment management experience (not banking)
This is a mid-level Business Analyst role
Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.
4+ years’ experience in the financial services/ Asset Management industry, supporting buy-side technology.
Working knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives asset classes
A solid understanding of Investment data
Intermediate level proficiency working with SQL and databases
Prior experience with investment management platforms like Charles River, Eagle, and IBOR technologies.
The Business Systems Analyst should have experience working with Agile methodologies.
Jira & Confluence experience
Proven ability to efficiently utilize resources and communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions.
A firm understanding of systems development lifecycle and Agile framework.
Proven ability to develop creative solutions to meet business needs.
