Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Expert / Consultant - HighRadius Receivables Cloud to lead end-to-end global implementations of HighRadius applications, primarily Collections and Cash Application. The role requires strong functional expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to guide offshore development teams while working in an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations of HighRadius Receivables Cloud Applications (Collections & Cash Application) across global projects.
• Act as a Product Expert, understanding client business processes and translating them into functional solutions.
• Configure HighRadius applications as per approved functional and solution designs.
• Prepare and own Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and ensure stakeholder sign-off and closure.
• Develop, review, and manage project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Interact with project stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads and developers, providing functional guidance and inputs.
• Create and maintain product, operational, and issue logs, reporting status as per program governance.
• Ensure all application documentation meets organizational and project standards.
• Support and enhance implementation and training methodologies to improve future deployments.
• Guide and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Support integration and data-related activities involving APIs and external systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

HighRadius & ERP / SaaS

• Strong experience with HighRadius Receivables Cloud Applications (Collections & Cash Application).
• Exposure to HighRadius Credit Application is a plus.
• Experience working in SaaS-based enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Commerce Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable.

Salesforce & Platform Expertise

• Platform Developer I Certification (completed prior to 2022) - Mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Apex, API integrations, and data integration.
• Strong experience with:
  • Salesforce REST, SOAP, and BULK APIs
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Lightning Aura Components (3+ years)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) (3+ years)
  • Flows and Process Builders
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, following best practices and optimizing existing implementations.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce support mechanisms, platform limitations, and best practices.

Engineering & Delivery

• Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with global enterprise clients.
• Prior experience in AR, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance domain implementations.
• Exposure to analytics and reporting platforms.

Soft Skills

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a consultant role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding offshore teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset.
