Job Title: Payments Planning Manager

Job Summary:
Join our client as a Payments Planning Manager, where you'll lead the planning and reporting of major programs and projects to achieve strategic goals. Collaborate across teams to boost productivity and efficiency, ensuring seamless operations and excellence in business-critical processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and report on large-scale programs to support strategic operational goals.
Enhance productivity through clear communication and a robust governance framework.
Identify and mitigate risks in projects and change management.
Support strategic and operational projects for the Payments Business Ops team.
Implement and execute a product team governance framework effectively.
Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Skills Required:
Proficient in Airtable and passionate about optimizing workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Google Docs.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite.
Knowledge of relational databases and REST APIs is a plus.
Education:
BS/BA degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
Understanding of software product development processes.
Must-Have Skills:
Deep Airtable technical expertise (3+ years) with strong backend solution design, troubleshooting, automations, and integrations.
Solid technical foundation across Jira, advanced Airtable formulas, relational databases, and SQL query writing, plus comfort working with REST APIs.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to operate in an Agile-like environment and deliver high-quality, ticket-based technical work.
