Position Description

The Marketing and Communications Lead drives integrated marketing initiatives that position Procentrix as a trusted technology partner to federal agencies. You report to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborate across business development, proposals, delivery, and executive leadership to craft compelling messaging, enhance brand presence, and engage key public sector audiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives
  • Create and manage content across channels, including capability statements, white papers, social media, videos, and thought leadership pieces
  • Ensure that customer-facing materials reflect corporate branding and messaging standards
  • Lead enhancements to the company website, digital assets, and social media channels with a focus on government buyer engagement
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor messaging, and market shifts to inform positioning
  • Plan and manage Procentrix s presence at industry events and conferences, including booth design, messaging, and logistics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels
  • Track marketing performance metrics and report on outcomes to inform continuous improvement

The projected compensation range for this position is $90K - $120K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Communications related field of study
  • 3+ years of experience in federal-focused B2G marketing within a technology company
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with strong attention to brand tone and consistency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with digital tools such as Canva and Synthesia
  • Experience planning and executing participation in industry events and conferences
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent projects
