Role: Senior Mainframe Developer

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Mode of Hire: Full Time

Job Description:

• Having 10+ years of experience on Mainframe with having JCL, COBOL, VSAM & DB2 skills
• Should have worked experience as a Senior Developer with Mainframe
• Having good exposure and understand of Assembler Language – Mainframe
• Good exposure and knowledge on Banking & finance domain & ability to deliver high-quality work
• Having project experience in Support services
• Skilled in programming languages such as COBOL, JCL, and SQL,SAS with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Having strong hands-on experience with IBM product tools & contributing to efficient development, debugging, and support activities in mainframe environments
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the capability to work independently or within a team environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with modernizing legacy mainframe applications is a plus
• Demonstrating functional knowledge while effectively guiding team members.
• Proficient in conducting team meetings and fostering collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
