Position: Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer (experienced with setting up and Managing Mobile Connect)

Location: Novi, MI

Duration: 12 Months

Technical Experience (Must Have)

Experience with setting up and managing Mobile Connect within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
Understanding of contacts, master subscribers, sendable data extensions, and how they relate to one another
Experience with triggered SMS sends
Experience with journeys that include SMS
AMP scripting and dynamic content

Practical Experience

Understanding of opt in/out and subscription processes
Multi-brand/multi-unit
Transactional vs. Promotional Opt Ins
Preference center (Nice to have)
2-way SMS, person-to-person (Nice to have)
