Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with strong Retail domain experience for a contract opportunity based in Cincinnati, OH. This role is open for Hybrid and Remote models, with a strong preference for candidates based in Ohio or nearby states.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications used in retail environments, including e-commerce, POS, order management, and customer engagement platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Android application development
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON integration
• Strong experience working in Retail domain projects (mandatory)
• Knowledge of e-commerce, POS, order management, or loyalty platforms
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
