Job Summary The Product Operations Analyst serves as the connective link between Product, Program, and Delivery teams - ensuring that all product- and system-related requests are efficiently evaluated, prioritized, and routed for action. Acting as the "air traffic controller" for incoming work, this role brings structure and clarity to how new requests flow into development.
This individual will own the intake and triage process for product and system enhancements, analyze cross-system dependencies, and ensure requests are documented and ready for execution. They'll work closely with Product Owners, Program Managers, and Delivery leadership to streamline workflows, increase visibility, and strengthen alignment across teams.

Responsibilities - Lead intake and triage for all new product and system requests, ensuring complete documentation and accurate routing.
- Analyze and assess cross-system dependencies to reduce risk and surface potential conflicts early.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery leaders to prioritize requests and maintain balanced workloads.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to confirm requirements and readiness before development.
- Track and report on request volume, throughput, and patterns to inform decision-making and roadmap planning.
- Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance visibility,
predictability, and efficiency across the Product Office. - Act as the quality gate for all incoming requests by ensuring business
requirements are fully defined, clear, and complete before progression.
This includes partnering with business owners to refine submissions and
coordinate necessary reviews and approvals.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Coordination, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns, dependencies, risks, and system-level impacts.
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs, surfaces risks early, and takes initiative to drive clarity and momentum.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management abilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and/or similar workflow and documentation tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum or product development teams in a
fast-paced, evolving environment is strongly preferred. - Experience reviewing, documenting, and refining business requirements
to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with product standards. - Domain knowledge in insurance or similar industries to accurately
understand business needs and assess requirement readiness strongly
preferred.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
