Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Architect for a remote position located in Eden Prairie, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and is fully remote.
Compensation: $90.00 - 95.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level. Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with deep expertise in headless CMS platforms and enterprise web architecture. This role will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing, AI-driven digital experiences for clients in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with strategic consulting skills to evaluate CMS solutions, guide platform selection, determine site architecture and guide implementation.
Requirements: - 10+ years in web architecture and CMS implementation within healthcare, finance, or regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR compliance requirements and creating secure experiences that leverage data to support user goals.
- Proven track record with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Contentstack, Optimizely, and others).
- API-first architecture, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and backend (Node.js, TypeScript).
- Knowledge of caching strategies, CDNs, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with automated tools for content migration and testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
- Experience managing technical teams and driving large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead decision-making processes.
- Enthusiastic and effective team leader.
- Handles the consulting lifestyle - from billable hours to adaptability and agility within a project, to authoring well-researched points of view - with grace and confidence.
