SAP ETL Developer

Our established private-sector client is seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong Business Objects Data Services Designer capabilities for a permanent, fully-remote position outside the consulting space.

This role offers a rare chance to drive impact across every aspect of an SAP-powered organization. You'll collaborate daily with business leaders to unlock data insights that advance strategic objectives, architect reporting and analytics frameworks, design innovative solutions from scratch, and build sophisticated dashboards and analytical reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building deep operational knowledge spanning all business functions to deliver solutions that create measurable business impact
• Leading end-to-end reporting and analytics projects—from initial requirements through production deployment—with flawless execution
• Keeping pace with emerging SAP reporting platforms and S/4HANA innovations to implement cutting-edge approaches
• Managing project transitions and knowledge transfer to business owners, guaranteeing long-term value beyond go-live

The ideal candidate brings:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or comparable discipline
• Three+ years of hands-on reporting experience in professional environments
• Strong SAP reporting skills with solid grasp of underlying table architecture
• Full-spectrum understanding of the reporting value chain: extracting SAP data, managing data warehouses, building universes, developing SAC dashboards, and creating Web Intelligence reports (BODS Designer required; SAC and WebI experience valued but optional)
• Expert-level SQL capabilities with proven experience in SQL Server or equivalent platforms
