We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable accounting clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook) and will support day-to-day grant processing, record-keeping, and correspondence.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and reconcile grant invoices

Maintain organized files and documentation

Enter and verify data in databases and spreadsheets

Support with the preparation of invoices and correspondence

Perform other administrative or accounting duties as assigned
