We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a leadership capacity and enjoys mentoring teams while working hands-on with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance .NET applications

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions

• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization

• Review code, conduct design discussions, and drive continuous improvement

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions

Required Qualifications

• 14+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs

• Experience leading development teams and projects

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC

• Experience with databases (SQL Server preferred)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Exposure to microservices and modern DevOps practices

• Prior experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments
