About the Role:
AaraTech Inc is seeking a Business Analyst to support project teams with requirement gathering, documentation, process understanding, and coordination. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to grow in business analysis, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with senior analysts, product owners, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and meeting notes.
Support stakeholders by capturing business needs and translating them into actionable items.
Work with senior analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Participate in Agile ceremonies like standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Conduct basic data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Help coordinate UAT by preparing test cases, tracking issues, and collecting feedback.
Maintain project artifacts in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.
Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical/IT role.
Understanding of requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation.
Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA, or Confluence.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
