responsibilities:
End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for technical products, from initial business problem framing to final production deployment.
ML Systems Design: Design and deliver industry-leading ML models and systems that meet rigorous operational standards and challenging SLAs.
Strategic Innovation: Actively challenge current processes and stay at the forefront of AI trends to ensure our technology remains market-leading.
Business Integration: Engage directly with business functions to translate complex commercial needs into elegant AI solutions.
Hybrid Impact: Balance deep technical development (80%) with direct user support and feedback loops (20%) to ensure products meet real-world needs.

qualifications:
LLM Specialization: Direct experience deploying LLMs in production. You should be an expert in prompt design, agentic workflows, evaluation harnesses, and RAG/retrieval pipelines.
Inference Optimization: Deep understanding of the LLM stack, including KV Caching, Speculative Decoding, Parallel Decoding, and emerging test-time compute strategies.
Software Engineering: Expert-level Python skills are required. Proficiency in at least one lower-level or enterprise language (C++, Java, or .NET) is highly preferred.
Infrastructure & Data: Proven experience with SQL databases and cloud architecture (Azure or AWS).
Theoretical Foundation: A "first-principles" understanding of machine learning fundamentals paired with the practical "scars" of building real-world systems.
