Position SummaryWe are seeking a
Sr. Manager of AI Supply Automation to lead the development of intelligent, data-driven systems that balance driver supply with fulfillment demand-at massive scale. You will build and refine AI-led automation that forecasts supply gaps and autonomously triggers interventions to optimize Spark's reliability, cost, and coverage.
What You'll Do- Develop systems that forecast driver availability and supply gaps at regional and national levels.
- Design and implement automation that activates supply levers (e.g., pings, positioning, incentives, messaging).
- Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering and Data Science to scale intelligent decision-making across markets.
- Collaborate with Field Ops to test supply interventions and evaluate impact.
- Define and own supply-side KPIs (e.g., coverage rate, supply utilization, incentive ROI).
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in supply planning, logistics optimization, product analytics, or applied AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into operational impact.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode).
- Experience collaborating across product, operations, and technical teams.
- Effective communicator with an ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or behavioral segmentation.
- Background in marketplace logistics, gig economy, or AI-based operational systems.
- Experience designing and measuring the impact of automated interventions at scale.
- Familiarity with agentic system design and real-time system feedback loops.
- Ability to drive iterative thinking in ambiguous, fast-evolving problem spaces.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
