Job Summary:

An AI Engineer will lead GPRS' AI initiatives across all facets of our organization (field, commercial, and supporting functions). This role will serve as the subject matter expert on AI technologies and architecture, responsible for tuning models within existing SaaS platforms (e.g., TalkDesk, Gong.io), developing internal AI agents powered by MCP integrations, and designing scalable data architectures to support an enterprise-wide AI layer. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes to drive innovation and operational efficiency through AI.

Job Goals:

• Deploy and optimize AI models within key SaaS platforms to improve customer engagement.
• Build and launch internal AI agents that streamline workflows across sales and operations.
• Lead AI-based initiatives to support the continuous optimization of business workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tuning and optimizing AI models within SaaS platforms like Netsuite, Hubspot, TalkDesk, Gong.io, etc.
• Designing and maintaining scalable data architectures to support AI workflows
• Building internal AI agents using MCP integrations for chat and workflow automation
• Collaborating with commercial, customer service, and operations teams to identify AI opportunities
• Leading cross-functional initiatives to embed AI into business processes
• Monitoring model performance and retraining as needed
• Documenting architecture decisions and maintaining technical standards

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Workato)
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience tuning and integrating AI capabilities within SaaS platforms such as NetSuite, Hubspot, TalkDesk, Gong.io, or similar
• Strong understanding of data architecture and model lifecycle management
• Experience designing and implementing AI agents using API integrations and chained workflows
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and business teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
