ARGO Teller Platform Developer (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an ARGO Teller Platform Developer for a remote role.

Overview:
We are seeking two experienced ARGO consultants to support development efforts on the ARGO Teller Platform. The team is focused on enhancing and maintaining teller applications used in a banking environment. This role is best suited for engineers with hands-on experience in traditional (thick client/desktop) ARGO Teller development, though candidates with strong Web Teller experience may also be considered. You will work closely with an established agile team, contributing to ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical teller systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and support enhancements for the ARGO Teller Platform
* Work primarily within the traditional ARGO Teller (desktop/thick client) environment
* Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA in an Agile/Scrum team
* Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing teller application functionality
* Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Prior experience with the ARGO traditional (thick client/desktop) teller application
* Strong understanding of ARGO's traditional development environment
* Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role
* Experience supporting enterprise banking or financial services applications

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with ARGO Web Teller
* Prior work in Agile/Scrum development teams
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a distributed team environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
