Pay Range: $70/hr $80/hr
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach teams on the Agile Release Train on Scrum practices and develop their understanding of Agile principles.
- Help define and enforce norms/agreements for the ART.
- Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync or PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure a healthy product/program backlog.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the ART.
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration within the ART to support value delivery and PI commitments.
- Provide status updates and reporting on ART plans, delivery, timelines, and impediments to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions delivered by the ART.
- Measure ART delivery, maturity, and performance, and review metrics with the ART to identify improvement opportunities.
- Capture data to help determine and track product funding and resource acquisition needs.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile tools, specifically Jira
- Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Strong Agile coaching skills.
