We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform/Dynamics Low-Code Developer to help establish and guide our Enterprise-wide Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE). This role involves driving the design, development, and implementation of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. The successful candidate will be part of a team of developers, help establish governance frameworks, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and integrate with enterprise systems.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Key Responsibilities
Center of Excellence Leadership
- Design and develop comprehensive solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Architect robust data models and implement complex business logic
- Create and optimize workflows and business processes using Power Automate
- Develop custom connectors and integrate with external systems through APIs
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Document technical specifications and maintain solution documentation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform
- Advanced expertise in Power Apps development (both Canvas and Model-driven)
- Strong proficiency with Power Automate for complex workflow automation
- Solid understanding of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service)
- Proficiency with SharePoint and SharePoint Online integration
- Proficiency in JavaScript for extending platform capabilities
- Experience with API integration and custom connector development
- Knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Familiarity with Azure services complementary to Power Platform
- Experience with DevOps & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices
- Experience building and maintaining Power Pages sites
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
