Role Overview

Apply engineering principles to optimize manufacturing layout, production processes, and workflow efficiency. Support manufacturing operations through analysis, planning, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency

• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to define quality standards

• Review production records and logs to ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements

• Support production planning by aligning work assignments with capacity, schedules, and performance

• Create charts, diagrams, and layouts to illustrate workflow, routing, floor plans, and material handling

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 5–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

• Proficient in CAD or engineering-related software

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented team player with experience in process improvement
