Key Responsibilities

1. WordPress Development

Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins.
Develop responsive, mobile-friendly page layouts using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
Configure and extend WordPress functionality via ACF, custom post types, taxonomies, and custom fields.

2. Theme & Plugin Customization

Customize and troubleshoot themes (including from scratch or using frameworks like Astra, GeneratePress, Divi, etc.).
Modify or write plugins to meet specific project requirements.
Ensure compatibility with WordPress core updates.

3. Performance, Security & SEO

Optimize site speed (caching, image optimization, database cleanup, etc.).
Maintain site security using best practices, firewall plugins, and updates.
Implement SEO best practices, schema markup, and performance improvements.

4. Integrations & APIs

Integrate third-party APIs (REST, GraphQL, payment gateways, CRM tools).
Work with eCommerce systems like WooCommerce.
Implement automation tools and third-party services.

5. Maintenance & Support

Troubleshoot website issues, debug code, and fix bugs quickly.
Perform regular WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates.
Provide ongoing technical support to internal teams and clients
