Our client, a global software company, is looking to hire 3 Genesys Engage Consultants for a 3-6 month contract. The consultants will be working remotely supporting routing and another for Engage eservices/ digital.
Required Skills:
Required Skills:
- Minimum seven years voice/routing experience (Genesys Composer experience)
- Experience using Genesys composer to create and maintain complex routing strategies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test, and operational automation
